Style Confidential operated as a physical business (Armoire Boutique) for five years before we moved totally online in November 2021. In order to bring you the best selection of brands, we use a wide range of suppliers across the globe, all of whom ship the product to you directly. Although we pay a premium for this service and work for much smaller margins; it allows us to offer a breadth and value of inventory - with daily newness - that we simply couldn't do otherwise. It also reduces our carbon footprint, as stock movements are significantly reduced.
All orders are sent using a tracked service. We monitor your orders to ensure they are fulfilled quickly and are likely to arrive with you within the expected timescale. If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you via email. In addition, we monitor supplier performance and quality and if a brand falls beneath the expected standard; we simply remove them from the site.
We also pay postage on all UK returns, meaning all you need to do is drop the item off at your local post office or designated return point. Refunds are processed via the payment method used at point of order (less postage fees). For more information on our refund policy, please click here.
If you're concerned about payment security or online scammers, Style Confidential recommends that you use PayPal to pay for your order. The buyer protection scheme they offer is first class, meaning if you do not receive your item or your refund, you can raise a dispute. Disputes are normally settled within 14 days and if the seller does not respond, PayPal will reimburse you and pursue them for the money. It's the safest way to pay if you're shopping on a new website.
