Sizing Info

Getting the right size online isn't just about the measurements. It's about the cut, the material and how you want it to fit.  The table below may help you with "standard" size conversions but please remember every brand sizes differently and may vary by up to 2-3 cm. 

We always try to provide accurate sizing information in the product description but in the event you really want to chat to a human being; just use the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.  An actual person will respond and help you to choose the right size before you order.

Please remember that we use global suppliers who interpret sizes differently and we always try to reflect how the size on the item label, translates into a UK size.   As an example, Asian women have a completely different body shape to British/Europeans - meaning a Chinese XL might only be a UK 12-14!!!  This does not mean we think a UK size 14 is outsize.

Here at Style Confidential we try our best to be size inclusive with some of our ranges running from a UK size 8 through to a 24.  However, we do use different brands, some of whom have a limited size range; probably dictated by what they know they can sell in their own domestic market.

Don't forget we offer free of charge returns (just check our refund and returns policy); so if you're in between sizes or want to try out different fits; you can order two variants and simply return the one you don't want.  As long as you return your item/s within 14 days of delivery/in accordance with our policy, we'll happily refund you in full.

Finally, if you're ordering shoes, please check the product description for manufacturer specific size information.  Also, consider the shape of the shoe and think about going up a size if the style has a platform sole OR a pointed toe.
