Shipping Policy
DELIVERY
Our domestic shipping charge is £3.95 for orders under £100. Delivery is FREE on all UK orders over £100 in value.
We deliver worldwide - our International Delivery Charger ranges from £15 to £35 - dependant on your location - and is calculated at checkout. All International deliveries are sent directly from the supplier, via a tracked service and using the closet warehouse to you. This means that if you order several items it may come to you in separate packages. Where the individual item ships from is always indicated within the product description, along with an estimated timescale.
We do work hard to ensure that as much of our inventory is shipped from UK warehouses; however, our main aim is to offer you - the customer - the best and widest choice available. The table below may assist you and lists typical delivery times based on supplier location and delivery destination. Delays are rare but they do happen occasionally.
Everything is sent via a tracked/signed for service and tracking numbers will be forwarded to you at point of fulfilment by the brand. If your order is coming from outside of the UK your Royal Mail tracking number will only activate once your package arrives at Customs and is handed over to the ground agent.

* busy periods typically include the run up to Christmas and also Chinese New Year when many of our Asia suppliers close for 7-10 days.
CHINA SUPPLIERS
We carefully select suppliers in China who we can see have very high wholesale performance on both quality and delivery times. A very high proportion of them have UK , European or US based warehouses to fulfil orders from. It is only if the item is not in stock within their local or US warehouse; that they ship from China.
When shipping from China your item is always sent tracked and in all cases will be handled by Royal Mail when it arrives in the UK. You will be provided with a RM number at point of fulfilment. This number will only activate once your order arrives in the UK and clears customs. If you need an update prior to your order arriving in the UK, please use the chat bot on our website or email laney@style-confidential.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.
We monitor our China suppliers rigorously and use only those whom we know process and ship quickly and offer products that match the samples we're provided with. If a supplier falls below our standard for whatever reason; we remove them and their inventory immediately.
VAT AND IMPORT DUTIES (UK DELIVERIES)
Where products are being supplied outside of our domestic warehouses, we always fulfil items so that any UK import charges or VAT is settled beforehand. However, on occasion, customs processing errors cause charges to be incurred. If you have to pay any additional fees to have your order delivered to the UK; simply email us proof of payment/receipt and we will refund you without question.
For customers outside of the UK, international orders may incur tax and import duties when they arrive in your country. It is your responsibility to pay for these; so please calculate what this might be before placing your order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch
WHAT IF MY ITEM DOESN'T ARRIVE WITHIN THE NORMAL TIMESCALE?
We don't automatically track your orders, once they have left the warehouse/s. It is your responsibility to do this and contact the courier if the parcel is delayed. In most cases, they will be able to assist you so that you receive your item/s. In the event that they are unable to do this, please contact us via email (laney@style-confidential.co.uk) or live chat and let us know you haven't received your order. Our customer services team can then intervene and assist you.
LOST ITEMS
If your item is confirmed as lost*, we will automatically refund you for your purchase, via the method with which you paid. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to process. If your item arrives with you after this time, we will send you a free returns label. If you still wish to keep it, we will contact you to arrange payment.
* UK deliveries are considered lost 28 days after fulfilment and International deliveries are considered lost 45 days after fulfilment.
